Jennie Lee – Spark Change
Question 1: How many times does something have to happen before it occurs to me to change?
Jennie Lee
As a yoga therapist and spiritual coach, Jennie Lee knows that it is not enough to tell someone what to do or how to do it. She believes it is essential to ask the right questions. In Spark Change: 108 Provocative Questions for Spiritual Evolution, illuminating questions and stimulating responses lead people in determining the answers, their inner truths.
Over two decades ago, challenges filled Jennie Lee’s life. To spark change, she began to study spiritual psychology and yoga philosophy. As she grew in knowledge, self-care, and compassion, the question to herself became, “How do I keep the flame of personal evolution toward love alive in my heart and how do I ignite the spark of spiritual awakening in others?”
Based on her life experiences, conversations with friends, and time spent with hundreds of clients, Jennie knew that “a willingness to grow mentally, emotionally, and spiritually comes either as a result of dramatic pain and suffering or through the blessing of love.” She, therefore, began writing books in addition to coaching. Spark Change is Jennie Lee’s third book.
Formatted in twelve chapters, Spark Change begins with an encouraging introduction. The reader is then navigated, thoughtfully and distinctly, from chapter one, Changes, through chapter twelve, Mastery. The 108 questions are divided throughout the book. Part of the response to Question 1 (above) is:
“…Ambivalent? Resistant? Afraid? You can be all of these and still move forward. If you have had enough of the same results and are ready to create a different experience, tell yourself that it is time to face fear and act anyway. You can always ask for help. In fact, please do ask for help…”
An award-winning author, Jennie Lee’s first two books are True Yoga and Breathing Love. She has also contributed to numerous publications. Jennie’s long list of credentials and accomplishments, plus other fascinations are on the About page of her website. She is active on social media and welcomes you to contact her.
